Saturday July 25th. We all flew overnight to Copenhagen and arrived in the morning. Theresa and Rodney arrived first, went through 2 customs lines and Uber'd to the Fairfield Marriott hotel. 3 hours later, Karen arrived, went through 1 customs line and Uber'd to the same hotel. Mid afternoon we headed out and walked down the street but didn't stop anywhere. So we decided to take an Uber to the canal area and there we wandered around some more, finally ending up getting an early dinner at La Sirene (which translates to 'the mermaid' and there were a lot of mermaid statues around). We first got a table outside but it was windy so ended up heading down 3 steps to the indoor room. After dinner went next door for gelato, then Uber'd back to the hotel for an early night.

Sunday July 26th. Rodney got up early and went for a long walk. Then Karen joined him for a trip to the grocery store then back to the hotel. We got a late checkout so about noon took an Uber to the ship. We met up with Stan and Lisa on the ship while waiting for our rooms to be ready, then hooked up with them again for a late lunch at the buffet.  After unpacking we met for dinner and then attended the first night's show, The Trawlers, in the Princess Theatre.
The original schedule had us stopping in Skagen, Denmark, but due to high winds the Captain decided it was safer to head on up to Oslo, Norway a day early. So we had 2 nights in Oslo and 0 nights in Skagen. Oh well....
