Our last full tour day, June 14th, we met in lobby then went on a 2-hour tour with a local guide. Afterwards, Rodney went exploring and Theresa and Karen wandered around town a bit and ate lunch. That afternoon we took the Fløibanen funicular to the top of Mount Fløyen. Beautiful views of Bergen and fun posing for photos with fellow tour mates.

We arrived in Bergen and checked into Thon Hotel Rosenkrantz then wandered around town taking photos of the iconic places and enjoying dinner at a local eatery.
We enjoyed one final breakfast with some of our tour mates on June 15th, then took an Uber to the airport and 2 flights later landed in Prague where our next tour, "Central Europe: Prague to Slovenia in 15 Days", began.
Next stop was Flåm. While waiting for our reservation time to ride a fjords cruise, we walked around the town then ate our picnic lunches on the bus in the parking lot.  Then a ride on a fjord cruise boat from Flåm to Gudvangen sailing through the idyllic Aurlandsfjord, which is on the UNESCO World Heritage List. The boat continued through the narrow Nærøyfjord before arriving in Gudvangen. Many beautiful waterfalls along the way including the very popular Tvindefossen waterfall.
June 13th - After breakfast and making sandwiches for lunch to have on the bus later we left the lovely village of Lærdalsøyri in Lærdal Municipality . First stop was inside Lærdal Tunnel, the world's longest road tunnel (15.3 miles long) which opened in 2000 and provides a ferry-free connection between Oslo and Bergen.
Some of our group gathered together for happy hour in the hotel lounge before our official meeting time to go to dinner. Dinner was our official farewell event with a group photo session afterwards.  More photos and farewells outside.
